Silicone deserves a note. Almost every bath bomb failure traces back to moisture or packing pressure. Here's how to read the symptom.

They crumble when you unmold them. Not enough liquid. Add witch hazel two spritzes at a time until a squeezed handful holds together cleanly. Also check that you packed hard enough, since the mix needs real pressure to bind.
